Is there a way to make regular red heart super saver yarn soft like baby yarn? - what kind of yarn to use for baby headbands
Baby yarn is more expensive for less son and I have a bunch of red heart super save all, but I want to make clothes for babies. I want to make it smooth, but if I can not just want to have to buy a series of small son.

Supersaver regular red heart and I found that after washing a little soft. I never put in the dryer Tho.
Maybe try it with hair conditioner after you wash.
Good Luck
If you do something for a baby, then I'll go with the baby through. There is a difference of 2 layers and 4 layers of wire. Red heart softened in the wash. I have a lot of sweaters for me with this thread. Wash your clothes in cold water with liquid detergent (I use Tide) and fabric softener. Put it in the dyer on low heat and add a fabric softener sheet. Make sure to avoid the heat of a very low value of shrinkage.
I see Afghans super saver, and that Downy dryer soft and very low heat! No more dry and remove immediately!
Baby yarn is more expensive, but the acrylic, it could lead to difficulty breathing. I found if you use the red heart mark, the little "hairs" are constantly beating the air, causing coughing and usage does not want the child was breathing in the safe and use the wire made especially for babies.
Baby yarn is a son of 2 folds and what he is 4 pieces of wool. The only way you can use the red heart of the son is no longer used only to separate baby. The heart of the thread four chapters is divided into two, with two lines in each.
It depends on the quality of the wire (what is the amount of synthesis, for example), but I had good results with just wash the wool () with an air conditioner in hair though. Softens the wire even if it sometimes, sometimes not. You can try to see in a little small, whether it is what you would work.
